Thursday March 23rd - Drop Off 10:00AM- 8:00PM Friday March 24th - Gala Opening 7:00PM Juror’s Comments & Awards presentation Friday April 21st - Pick up of unsold pieces Jurors: Darlene Benner & Lousie McCann (if you are unable to pick up your pieces you must arrange for someone to do this for you. The Gallery and the Guild will not be responsible for unclaimed work) |

Conditions of Entry 1. Open to all members in good standing. 2. A flat $25.00 entry fee must be submitted with your entry form on or before the January 16th, 2006, no late entries will be accepted. 3. Brantford Potters Guild “Standards” apply to each piece entered. Principle medium must be clay (no less than 2/3). 4. A minimum of two (2) entries, with maximum of three (3) entries. (a set is one entry) maximum size 1.2m x 1.5m and be labelled with your name and piece number (1, 2, 3,) and be ready for display (special set up instructions can be attached to the Entry description form which will be submitted with the items) 5. All entries must have been completed in the last 18 months, and not been previously displayed. 6. Entries which have been copied from another source or not completed entirely by the entrant, will not be accepted. 7. All entries will be for sale, and can not be withdrawn once accepted. The Galerie Lumiere will receive a 30% commission on all sales. Cheques will be issued within 30 days of the show’s closing. 8. Any entries juried out must be collected by March 25th, 2006 9. Disclaimer - The Brantford Potters Guild & the Galerie Lumiere will not be responsible for loss or damage to the entries. |
